Sonya Lano left for Prague when her cat died, her car was totalled, her boyfriend dumped her and her soul was empty (breakups will do that to a person). Prague attracted her because she'd heard beer could drown all sorrow, and apparently it did, because she recuperated. She mainly writes novels (fantasy / historical romance, romantic suspense) and short stories, though she has some straggling poetry from that tortured period of her life called high school and college. She writes mainly for fun. And she loves her cats and her writing group!
